This App no longer opens with iOS 10.0.2

All my passwords no longer are accessible in this app.
I love it & used it always.

ALL my passwords are locked in this App.
It no longer accepts ANY unlocking input from the keyboard with iOS 10. (1 keystroke at a time is accepted then disappears.)

Turns out it is no longer updated; but commentary seems to say help MAY be available, but how to notify I havent discovered yet.

How can I get help to at least retrieve my info?
