NOT HAPPY!!

I bought this app a few years ago and it worked well until now. I bought a new iPhone last weekend and the app downloaded but all the content was missing. I lost all my passwords and other important information. I contacted the developer twice by the mail, which is the only means of contact. I GOT NO RESPONSE. NONE. Its a cheap app but the contents are priceless and you would expect greater integrity. Absolutely unacceptable to not get any response or help.
